Nsight is committed to growing our business in a thoughtful, forward-thinking and, above all, caring way. Guided by the belief that we must give back to the communities we are privileged to serve, Nsight is actively involved in and supports organizations that embody our company's values and extend our mission.
Each year Nsight touches thousands of lives through in-kind and monetary donations to a wide variety of nonprofit agencies and local organizations. In 2023 we were proud to support more than 384 unique programs, projects and initiatives that positively impacted the residents of Northeast and Central Wisconsin and our service area in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

The well-being of our community and the economy depends on education and continued learning. As a technology-based company, we are a committed advocate for getting the latest technological advances into classrooms and enhancing education and learning for all students. Nsight believes that providing these tools will inspire innovation and increase academic achievement.
Scholarships
To support young scholars in their continued pursuit of academic achievement, Nsight awarded $21,900 in scholarships to 25 high school seniors. Cellcom presented $750 scholarships to 16 students and Nsight Telservices recognized seven individuals with $1,200 scholarships. The R.J. Riordan, Sr. scholarships of $750 were awarded to two students who served as an editor for the Pulaski News.

Nsight supports organizations dedicated to the physical and emotional well-being of people of all ages. This includes social service programs that serve the underprivileged, senior citizens, children, minorities and disabled individuals, as well as organizations focusing on illness prevention.
Cellcom Green Bay Marathon
Runners tied their laces and hit the pavement in May of 2023 for the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon. The annual event welcomed thousands of runners to Green Bay celebrating wellness and driving economic impact for local businesses. The non-profit event makes a year-round impact through a donation of event proceeds to local charity partners. During the 24th year, the marathon was proud to award a total of $50,000 to three charity partners, Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, Greater Green Bay YMCA and New Community Shelter.

Betterment of our communities is a part of Nsight’s vision. It’s far more than words and something every member of the Nsight family takes very seriously.
Our Green Gifts program is a strong partnership between consumers who bring in their unwanted phones for recycling, area organizations dedicated to environmental stewardship and Cellcom. Together, we properly dispose of mobile phones and reinvest the funds generated by recycling into local initiatives focused on sustainability.
In 2023, Cellcom's Green Gifts supported 26 non-prodits and their efforts of addressing sutainability, supporting environmental outreach and educational efforts, conserving local natural resources, and inspiring the next generation of environmental advocates.

The Nsight family is comprised of committed, dedicated individuals who strive for excellence in the workplace as well as betterment of their communities. In 2023 our employees spent 2,975 hours volunteering and gave personal monetary donations. Nsight extended these efforts and matched employee financial donations with corporate gifts as part our Givin' A Little Back Program.
