Comprehensive Coverage

  • Nsight has a number of great benefits that include health, dental, vision, disability, life, and an employee assistance program (EAP).
  • Our plan administrator for health insurance is UMR and for dental insurance is Delta Dental.  EyeMed is a voluntary vision program that offers coverage for eyewear (frames, lenses, and contact lenses). There are both in-network and out-of-network coverage options.
  • We also offer group life insurance, short term disability, and long term disability insurance. Both short and long term disability will provide income protection for employees and their families. There is no premium cost to the employees for these insurances.
  • The company offers a voluntary supplemental life insurance program. This is an “after-tax” benefit, although once “cashed-in” the distribution is tax free. The plan also offers an AD&D Rider and optional spouse and child benefits.
  • The EAP is a confidential resource for mental health care. Employees can contact the EAP for a free consultation, up to eight counseling sessions per incident. The EAP is available to all Nsight employees whether they elect Nsight’s benefit plans or not.

Nsight’s 401K plan is more competitive than most plans in the marketplace. Nsight will match up to 6% of employees’ deferrals, as long as they contribute an average of 2% or more for the calendar year.  Nsight begins matching employee deferrals on the first of the month following 6 months of employment.

Employee Wireless Phone and Fixed Services Program

Employees working full-time or working over 20 hours per week in a part-time status are eligible to participate in the Employee Wireless Equipment Program immediately upon employment. Employees and add-a-lines are eligible for a discount towards the purchase of equipment (new or used) every twenty-two months. In addition, employees who reside in areas where fixed services are offered can receive a discount on internet, TV, and telephone bundles.

Wellness Clinic

The on-site clinic, located at our corporate campus in Howard, is available to all Nsight/Cellcom employees and their legal dependents over the age of two.  Employees and dependents on Nsight’s medical plan will not have to pay for the office visit or lab tests.  Employees and dependents not on Nsight’s medical plan can see the nurse practitioner for a small fee, for either an office visit or for lab tests.

The Education Reimbursement Program assists those that wish to further their education through college and industry-related courses. Nsight also has a Talent Optimization Program that helps to leverage the internal talent by finding the best fit within the company for each employee. Our Working On Wellness (W.O.W.) reimbursement benefit illustrates Nsight’s belief that healthy, active employees are happy, productive employees. Nsight will reimburse employees for health club memberships, company-sponsored preventative screenings, fitness trackers, athletic shoes and other qualified wellness activities.

Our paid time off includes holiday pay, sick time, a self wellness day, floating holidays and personal time off (PTO). Nsight employees are also given the opportunity to purchase up to 40 additional hours of PTO. Our paid time off programs encourage employees to relax, rest, and revitalize themselves.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

FSA are offered for health and dependent care. FSAs allow employees to set aside tax-free funds to offset the cost of medical, dental, and vision expenses as well as dependent day care expenses for children or disabled dependents.
